ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2022 will be rescheduled on 16 October 2022 and 13 November 2022 in Australia. Initially, the tournament was to be held in India in October and November 2021, however, in July 2020, the International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed that the tournament had been postponed to 2022, due to COVID-19. In August 2020, the ICC reaffirmed that Australia would host the 2022 tournament and India will host T20 World Cup 2020 in 2021.
